cant log in to cpannel

Hi. Can someone please tell me why I cant sign in cpannel with the username and pw I just signed up with? Thanks in advance.

You did nothing wrong. It was just a problem with one of the servers on which accounts are not being created correctly. Please wait for Fedlerner to resolve your issue.
