Hi,

I don't mean to be rude, but the above support request was NOT addressed, was closed WITHOUT being resolved, and, as per your forum rules, I waited patiently without posting any replies or comments. Can you please resolve this issue? I really do need my email address.

I can't log in at all, through web mail or through POP3 to adam@blackphoenix.com.au

Thank you for getting back to me. I understand that there is stuff going on with the servers, and I have been patient in waiting gor a response. That said, however, I'm not experiencing any of the errors that are mentioned in the forum posts. It has been quite a long time since I've had access to my email, as I waited a while before posting a support ticket to begin with, as I thought it might resolve itself. Is there anything at all, until everything is back to normal, that can be done to allow me to get to my email? Please?
