Can't log in to free hosting

Please help me. I can't log in to the free hosting. I got internet connection problems when I was in the process of confirming my free web hosting with this account so I was unable to finish the process.

What errors you got when you are linking the host account with forum account again.

It won't let me log in. it's not budging.

I would like to request to close my account with x10hosting.
