Can't log in to fris.x10hosting.com

I can't log in to fris.x10hosting.com. I have already tried changing my password though but with no luck. My username is einstein and url is einstein.x10hosting.com.

Yes, it's really confusing. Opening my homepage says that my account is suspended but if I check on my account panel, the status says "Unsuspended". And I can't login to my cpanel anymore. It says "Login Failed".
