Can't Log in to FTP

I used the information that are written in my cPanel. But it still doesn't log me on. I am using FileZilla, by the way.

Have you tried for your settings:

Ftp address: Your website address
Username: cPanel username
Password: cPanel password

Also, just to verify. Your FTP login info is:

Host: ftp.ultimateczat.co.cc
User: kapi0000@ultimateczat.co.cc
Pass: cPanel Password (can you login?)
Port: 21
Initial Directory: /
Be sure to enable passive FTP.
Disable any firewalls/anti-virus programs you may have. Check your router settings. It may help for certain routers to change the settings for port 21.

If you have entered all this information and can verify that the error is not on your end, then post back and I will escalate the issue.
