I'm currently unable to log in to edit my site using FTP. In addition, my Hosting Account Management page says that I have -2MB of free space. This might be related to an unsuspension error that occurred a while ago. I didn't notice it until today, and when I attempted to retry the unsuspension, I got another error. Unfortunately, I closed my browser since then, and I don't remember the error code. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

Your site is working fine. Regarding the ftp, Are you able to access cpanel?
Are you using the cpanel username and password to acces ftp?

The site has been working fine, which is why I never noticed the problem until I tried to update. I can log into the Account Panel, but from there, I cannot access the cPanel. It says "Login Attempt Failed" right away, and when I try to type my username and password again, it still doesn't work. When I try to log into FTP, that doesn't work either.

I'm using the same username and password for everything. Is it possible that my FTP/cPanel password somehow changed but my Account Panel password works? Either way, there's also the problem of the account panel saying I have negative free space.

Is there anything that can be done about this? I haven't been able to log into FTP or CPanel for a long time now. If there's something seriously wrong with my account that will take a long time to fix, I'd rather just delete the account and make a new one, but I can't figure out how to delete it either.

When you log in using FTP make sure that you are using just 'username' not 'username@ftp.x10hosting.com', i.e. remove the @ sign and anything that follows. It appears that in the migration process the FTP usernames were changed.

I always did log in using just "username" and it worked before. I never added any "@ftp..." to the end of it.
