Cant log in website

i cant log in my website or create a new one i get

this sounds like the server has blocked your location/access.
for possible suspicious activity on the server.

Be sure your cookies and temp files are deleted,
and dont use any kind of ad blocking,
also try a different browser.

if you still cannot access try using the
https://x10hosting.com/contact-us section to report your problem.
as you may get better/faster results for server issues.

The forum support is mostly based on volunteer help,
and volunteer's dont have that kind of access.

i can connect in cpanel too but not in website when i try log in my website http://fightzone.x10host.com/ossn or even if i install any other website from cpan same result when i try load them in any web brower i get same message

Also i notice in cpan in user manager web drive is disabled for a reason

that would seem more like an issue with the extra login/script you have.
i do not think its an issue with the x10 server itself.

i have never used the Open Source Social Network script,
but i think thats where you should be inquiring about your issue.
(just my suggestion)

the image you display is standard and i dont think it can be changed.
my account displays the same thing for the main account.
if you create email addresses or new ftp accounts
they will show there as active.
in otherwords it appears what you see is normal for all free users.

i have delete every cms i had i create new delete all the old databases create new the only way to log is throught ftp to web site from the link in cpanel infos without the cms extention , if i try click after install any cms the links in the softacules what i get in every browser i try Chrome IE firefox is the error in the pic , i am sorry if i keep bother you with that subject but i have try anything i could think , i delete everything i had create but result the same any cms i try give me same error page in photo maybe that help

i click to continue i get Authorization error internal server error no matter how many times try or any browser

when i try http://fightzone.x10host.com/ i get your directory listing.
"index of" showing you have cgi-bin and the wp directory only.
you do not show an active index page or anything else.
and i cant open the wp directory.
If you tried to install wordpress from cpanel this may be your problem.
others have mentioned it has issues since x10hosting changed the cpanel.
and some people needed to go get wordpress then install it themselves.
