can't log in

I have been waiting a bit long now, and everytime I want to use the "contact-life help" There is no one online.

I can't wait any longer and I really need my site up and running tonight.
I have asked Richard to help me out, but there was no success...
heres what i'd like you to do for me:

Delete my account "wombatz"
wich is using the domain "langamescuracao.com"

then make a new one with this info:
hotmail: (cencored)
user: wombatz
pass: (cencored)
url: langamescuracao.com
package: advanced
