Login to your account panel http://x10hosting.com/control and check if any suspension is there.
REMOVE YOUR PASSWORD.Dont post password in forums.
(Since you had posted it you have to change it).

cPanel is probably down for you. What server are you on? See http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/115601-updates-upgrades-etc.html for more information. Most of the servers are done due to the move. If the servers are down, then so is cPanel.
