can't log in.

Hello
I have been using 10xhosting for only a short period of time and think its brilliant but i completely forgot about logging into the forum and so my account got suspended. It has now be unsuspended but i can't now log into Cpanel i changed my password thinking that would solve the problem but it did'nt. Also if i go on to my 10x webpage it does not exist. Any help would be grateful. Thank you for your time in advance.
