I created an account with the user name "rhoadsni"
I got the "account created" email with the link to the cpanel, etc.
however when I try to log in to the cpanel it tells me that the user name "rhoadsni" does not exist.
if I try to recreate the account using the same "non-existant" user name "rhoadsni" it tells me that the user name is already in use.
So which is it?
is it in use, or does it not exist?
