Can't Log Into Account, Help!!

I'm having trouble logging into my account. I know for a fact I am entering all of my log in information correctly. I tried to request my information reset via email. However when I do so it says that there is no account registered with my email. My 2 websites that are hosted through x10hosting are still up. Help!
