Can't log into account, password reset email won't send

I have managed my website for many years on x10 hosting and now I tried to log in recently and saw the notice to recover my password if I hadn't logged in after September 21st. I have tried several times to get the password reset to work but I never receive the email. The email in question is a standard gmail account and I have checked spam and still no email. Please advise.

As far as I can tell two requests for password reset has gone out from our system to your gmail address on the 22nd, rather late at night (US time).

Thanks for the reply. I have finally figured out where the emails were going, google was automatically categorizing them into a folder, but not as spam. I have reset my password, but now when I log in using the new password, it loads a blank white screen and that is as far as I can get. Any help is appreciated.

Glad you found it and got the password reset properly.

I have not heard anything about problems with the login system today, could you try clearing cache (or attempt with another browser to see if that is the issue). I know DirectAdmin have some problems with older browsers, but that should not prevent you from login into the panel account properly.
