I too cannot get into cPanel but I can access my site and FTP to it.
I have tried to reset my password as advised but I now have two pending password change actions and nothing seems to be happening.
Is there anything else I should do?

I've received the emails saying my password has been updated but looks like the change hasn't really gone through because the actions say "Process wait".
Anybody managed to change their password with the action actually completing on fris?

Tried using IP (http://69.175.6.94:2082/) to login to cPanel but with no luck.

Could an admin send me a new random password for me to reset and access via cPanel?
