Can't log into cPanel

I can log into the forums, this control panel but not into cPanel using the usual user & password pair. Also, when attemping to change the password, I get the following error:

"A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: AE3E7FCC"

for information about what might be your cPanel issue. Use your domain name or fris.x10hosting.com , not lotus

Edit/Add: Apparently the button in the Account Panel sends you to Lotus, which doesn't work.

use

https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ instead.

Looking at your site, I see you do have a MySQL problem that might be addressed by the above also.

Okay, I can log into my cpanel now only after I changed the password. Good to be back into my website now after several weeks of waiting
