Can't log into cPanel

I can't log into cPanel: it says Logon attempt failed, but doesn't say why. Is it because my account is (supposedly) suspended? I need to access the databases.

Also Go to Account Panel and try resetting your cPanel password.

I've already changed the password and it still didn't work.
