Can't log into CPanel

None of my websites are working. One says "the URL not found..." and the other says "Apache functioning normally". After I enter my UN and Pass I get this message "We are currently performing migrations and maintenance on our backend systems......." Then when I click to open cPanel, it says
"An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry"

What's going on and how do I get this fixed??

Looks like your account was one of the unlucky ones that didn't transfer properly at first and is now on schedule for a retransfer which means that all things are not on the server right now which would explain all issues.

Apache functioning normally being due to the domain having been pointed there but the server have no way to know what content it is expected to show currently, url not found is related to that as well I'd say.

You won't be able to login until the retransfer is completed, I can unfortunately not tell when your account would be done, but the overall progress has been delayed due to the above mentioned need to retransfer some accounts.
