Can't log into cPanel

I can't log into my cPanel. I am trying to get on to the login page but am timing out. I checked my x10hosting account page and I'm not suspended and all services are online. I'm not sure what i should do next.

and put your user name and password in and it should work

That's the url I've been using. I just tried it again and still doesn't load. Could it be something on my end?
