Can't log into Cpannel

Nub Problem.

I can't log into Cpannel. This will be the first time. I have tried the X10 site login and forum log in.

I have no problem getting into my cPanel.
are you sure your username/password is correct

if you can get into FTP, you should be able to get into cPanel, as long as you are using the default settings, due to the fact that your FTP username and pass is the same for cPanel. so you might want to double check.

i'm having the same problem , username and pass works for forums and account panel , but not on cPanel.
i assume they are supposed to be the same , my confirmation email didn't contain any username/password information. :dunno:

Try logging onto the account panel.
Look on the left side and it will tell you your account details. Domain, username, etc.
Make sure that they agree with what you think they should be.
Right side has a link that will allow you to set/change the password for cPanel (not for the Forums).
