Can't log into my account

I don't know whats going on...
I tried logging in on the accounts page, and have no luck.... I tried with an FTP program (FileZilla) and get a timeout error. Is it just me, or am I doing something wrong?

Sidenote... can you use FTP programs to access your free hosting account?

Yes you can use FTP to access your hosting account, but you must make an FTP account first.
What server are you on?
