Can't log into my account

I have two problems.
1. When I log in at http://x10hosting.com/account, it says that I have to link my forum account to my hosting account. It tells me to enter in my cPanel username. When I do that, it says that the username does not exist.
2. When I try to log into my cPanel at http://metroman.pcriot.com:2082/, I get an error message saying that the login attempt failed.

What's your cPanel username?

If you haven't logged into the x10 Forums in over a month your account was probably terminated for inactivity.
