Can't log into my WordPress

I'm getting "Nothing Found for wp-admin"

This is what Wordpress has told me:

If you’re using mod_security , you can whitelist your website by adding the following entry to the mod_security configuration file.

Where is this file located at?

They also mentioned being whitelisted for Mod_Security by the provider.

Any info would be great!

You can not edit that file. Do you still have any problems logging into wp-admin? If so could you please copy and paste the full error message, plus telling us what entry they told you to add to mod_security configuration.
