can't log into x10hosting.com or cPanel...

I use both my account username and password along with my forum username and password... when i tried to log into the main site page [www.x10hosting.com] with my forum username; it says that i have no linked account username to this forum username, even though I DO...

And when i try to log into cPanel using either username and password its just wrong: "Login Attempt Failed" is what it tells me for both usernames.

I have requested a new password for both usernames THREE DIFFERENT TIMES! and it still says NO...

looks like your hosting account is terminated...
try to open the URL of your website..
You must login here on forums once every 31 days. Otherwise your account will suspended and after 10 days in suspension state your account will terminated.

His account is not terminated, your cpanel username is xyron65, also please try logging in at http://x10hosting.com/login.php with your forum username and password again and let me know how it goes this time.

i gave up on trying to login so i created that new account and reset everything except my forum account And it works now
