Can't log on at all

I can't log on to my account management panel. I am attaching the error I am receiving.

I also can't log on to my cpanel. Attaching the screens I'm receiving, when I try to log on to the first sreen, nothing happens. If I click cancel I get the second screen I get a message that says "login attempt failed". What am I doing wrong?
