I cannot long on to my cpanel on https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ . Please help me log in...I'm using your service from Myanmar. Is there anything to do with ISP's firewall?

Are you able to load that cPanel URL? Or are you getting "Login Attempt Failed!"

If you simply can't load cPanel, try using a proxy like http://hidemyass.com/

If you are getting Login Attempt Failed. Try resetting your password at http://x10hosting.com/control
