Can't Log on to my cPanel

Hi Mods,
I am trying to log on to my cPanel but cannot get through. I can log on the my x10hosting.com account using kashif** with the password.

Now I can't seem to log on to innocentdevil.exofire.net/cpanel with that username and password and I also tried another known user and password. Won't work.#

Can you send me the new password for cPanel or suggestions.

Your hosting user name is "idevil"

yes I know my hosting name is iDevil, when I try to log into cPanel using iDevil with my pass it says Username or Password incorrect.

I want to upload my website when I can get in. Cheers, Kashif

Use all lowercase on the user name "idevil"
