Are you are sure you are using the correct username/ password?

It is not the same one as is used to log in to your Account Panel or this forum.

Well, krasika didn't state that error message, so he may not have the same problem as the rest of you guys.

If you used Search here for that error message, you will see that it has occurred before for several people at a time.

There was no clear solution for those people then, but it seemed like a server fault. They were advised to open a Support ticket, so I'll advise you to do the same. :)

P.S. Interestingly, this fault always only seems to be reported by new members. I don't know if this is significant!

I told Christopher and he's looking into it..

Same thing for me, and I cant even edit the home page for some reason also. It keep going to the default one.

I have also problems in looging to cPanel
I get the following error:

Died at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulk.pm line 92.

Now i get this one, and now i cant even view the front page, its like nothing is there, except one folder.

I had the same error messages as joshua filby around 15 minutes earlier. Now, there is no message. The cPanel just keeps trying to load.

My site itself seems to load fine now unlike earlier, although it stops loading at random intervals.

You site loads fine.. And this is probably due to a high server load.. I'm sure it will heal itself..

I am also getting the "Login attempt failed" error. Have sent a support ticket and also asked in the support ticket which log in I must use. Have tried what they sent me but am still getting the error. :dunno:

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

@wolflock - you didn't state which info/suggestions that Support sent you.

If this problem doesn't fix itself, I'd suggest you get back to/ re-open your Support ticket. :happysad:

Sorry been backwards and forwards with emails with them trying to help me. I have now tried changing my password and logging in with the right user name (which I was using from the beginning but everything has to be cheked to make sure that the error is lying with something in the Cpanel and not the ID10T using it). Am still getting the same problem. Have now replied back to the email telling them that I tried what they suggested and that I am using Eset smart security, Firefox (latest) with Adblock Plus as an addon to find out if any of them might be the problem. Fingers crossed.

Takes a bit of time to get my emails answered as I am in Thailand an understand that the timezones are different and am not sure who is on at the same time as me.

You could try turning off the ad blocker :s
Also what server are you on ? You could try pinging the server to get its IP and then using that inplace of the domain with port 2082. eg : http://216.245.205.67:2082
Another thing to try would be typing the cpanel username in all lowercase and the password also in lowercase.
