Can't log to ftp

I can't log in to my account using FTP application (dreamweaver). I'm paying for Prime subscription, so please help me.

Hi, thanks for answering.
Dreamweaver gives me standard "network cable unplugged, FTP down..." error messages.

Here is FileZilla log:

Status: Connecting to 69.175.121.66:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 538 Sorry, FTP connections are not allowed from your country of origin.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Got that. My country should be blocked from entire world, if you ask me...
But, I have another free acc on x10, and ftp is still working fine. Where's the catch?
