Cant login after registering

I registered for an ad-free hosting yesterday..and tried to login today..
But, when I login it says:

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend.

If you encounter any errors while using the account panel, please post on our forums.

What do I do now?

It doesn't appear your account was created.
Did you receive a welcome email containing your account details?
