Can't login anymore

:lockd: While I'm still able to log in to the forum and to the support center, I'm no longer able to log in to my account @ http://x10hosting.com/ :lockd:

:nuts: It refuses to log me in with the problem of type : Unknown :nuts:

Until late yesterday, I was able to log in and make changes. But from now on, can't anymore. Why is it so?

:rant2: Can't believe I chose X10hosting, and more over, can't believe I'll have to rebuild everything from scratch somewhere else!!!! :rant2:

I'm sorry you're having a problem.

Is your site still online?? If so, you haven't actually lost anything.
I'd try again later, this unknown thing has happened to me before.

Nevertheless, because of the possible seriousness of the issue, I'm going to escalate this to a support ticket so an account manager can possibly help with any username/password problems.
