Can't login at cPanel

My user/password combination appears to be wrong.
I tried the hosting-update password thing. I did change it, but still can't login on cPanel.

http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

Can you please reset my password?

Can you please reset my password?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

This doesn't seem to reset the password for PHPMyAdmin.
