cant login help please

hello im having problems logging into the control panel and ftp of my website.
every time i try to login now the password box just keeps poping up and fails to login.
i have been trying for 4 days now and its still not working but sites still there can someone please help me to fix this.
i have checked to make sure password is correct and it keeps doing this.

sorry for taking a while to respond, i thought by waiting a while the people who run x10 may have been busy and trying to fix the problem but i cant login still.

so if you could send me a new pass please aaorozco i will try and see if that works.
