can't login in FTP and cPanel

I have just made my account some weeks ago.
But till now I cannot login to my cPanel or the FTP account.

Free Hosting status is active, its username is "akshaytk"

please check what id the problem admin.

I have done most of the things like changing my passwords, trying FTP acces directly other than filezilla.. etc and other such things that are present on the forum.

I have done pass change.. and also tried cPanel through the above given link..
still it dose not work.
