Can't login into Cpanel

Hi,

I can't login to Cpanel, I am almost sure i used the right username and pass.
I already tried the button 'Login to Cpanel' on x10hosting.com/control, under hosting, without succes.
I als tried setting a new password,which succeeded, but I can't still login.

Hopefully you can help me out!
