cant login into cpanel

when i try to login trough monstermatt2.pcriot.com:2082 or cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 it gives me LOGIN ERROR

i can login nicely though my ftp on fillezilla so there nothing wrong with my username or password



can someone help me out here thx

Please try resetting your password in the account management panel at http://x10hosting.com/login. Use your FORUM username and password to get in. You should see a place to reset your cPanel password there.

It seems as if the issue is down to some cPanel data being corrupted, this should fix it.

for 2 days now i coudnt login into my cpanel

keep getting Login Attempt Failed!. i cant even access me cpanel email

i tryed resetting me passsword that didnt help i tryed to acess though cossacks.x10hosting.com cpanel and no luck

is there a problem with my account
