Cant login into ftp a.c im making..why it wud??

Hi,

Username: andyel

I cant login into my one domain's ftp a.c what cud be the reason.....


Im using filezilla and Im using addresses like this

girlsonyou@andyel.x10host
ing.com

then adding username and pass....

Is it the right method to login or I did something wrong....


Please tell me why I cant login into these a.c or a.c that im creating....

Use: andyel.x10hosting.com as the host
Use: andyel as the user name
Use: Whatever your password is, as the password.
