can't login my cPanel

From 2 days ago, I have not been able to login my cPanel account.
I tried to change the pwd and re-login my account, but it is not working at all.

Do you have any solution or suggestion?

What specifically is happening? Do you get an error?

I can't even get into my cPanel.
I mean I can't login cPanel on

I tried to change the pwd via "Forgot your password?"tab.
However, even though I changed it, it still doesn't work.

Ok, so when you log in it says "Invalid password" and not any other error like "Unknown error" "Account suspended" or "Invalid user name"?

The reason I ask is there are a few known issues right now with CPanel.

Also, you tried to reset your password here: http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd

and there's no pending requests at the bottom of the page?

I changed my password via the webpage you mentioned, but it wasn't applied to my account.
Also, there is no pending message at the bottom of the webpage

Ok, it looks like you have tried everything available to you. I can't see any reason why your login information would not work, so I will escalate this to a staff member.
