Can't login on Cpanel

I've tried logging in several times, but it just won't accept my account data. I tried the ones i entered at the account registration and my forum account, but both won't work. Can anyone explain why this is? in the email i only got login info for the forums/account details.

however, i am able to login to the FTP trough filezilla. But i can't do much, as i really need the MySQL for my forums.

bump, until i can access cPanel i can't do anything as i need MySQL.
