Cant login or see my website

I cant access my website and I have the corporate ad enhanced plan. I think that that uses Stoli. I tried logging in on the x10 cp and it said that it could not identify my hosting type.

How can i fix this or what is wrong?

this is exactly what it says when i try to login.

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend.

If you encounter any errors while using the account panel, please post on our forums.

is there anything that i can do because my website has been down almost an entire week now?
