I have similar problem and I can not see my site about 3 weeks (during Lotus migration to Fris and after that)!!
I opened two support requests, but without any answer until now!?
I think that main problem is DNS & Addon domains and it will be resolved after finishing/moving all accounts to Fris. It can be long time.
