Can't login to AMP, site down

Hey guys,

I can't load my site elreador.x10hosting.com and if I login to my Account Management Panel, this error shows up:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Could you please fix that?

That account doesn't seem to have been created right - either that or a member of staff terminated it from WHM. It was terminated for the reason: Found by deletion script, missing from WHM on 10/01/08 at 11:52 pm.

I'll try and find out some more about this one, please bear with me.

This was caused when the account was created in one system but not inside of WHM (Webhost Manager). Webhost manager then upon a scan deleted it. Signup again, and you'll be OK. If it does give an error such as account already exists or something just get with a staff member (Support chat is easier) to setup an account.

Okay I registered now again and I'm on the queue now.
I hope that my MySQL Database has not been deleted!?!
Because I had really a lot of users and my last backup is from april 08!!
