Can't login to client area to renew by domain name

Hello, my domain name expires very, very soon and i wish to renew it with x10hosting.

The problem is i can't log into clients area to do this.

My domain name: tribalcorp.net
My loginname: panicitsollie@hotmail.com
My x10 address: olliepop.x10hosting.com

I know my details are correct because i have been trying to use password reset but the password i keep being given doesn't log me in. Therefore i suspect the problem is that my account has been disabled from clients.x10hosting.com..
