I own a domain name with x10hosting.com which will expire in the next month or so and want to renew it.
I purchased the domain name at clients.x10hosting.com and have been able to access it all year. But now, i can't.
My details are correct, i know this because i even tried password recovery and attempted to enter my email address and copy-pasted temp password from the email but it didn't work.
