Can't login to Control Panel

Can't login, username and password don't work.

Yes, I tryed to change password.

Password works fine in x10hosting.com, but when I try to "Login to cPanel", system says "Login Attempt Failed!"

When I try to enter to my webpage, it says "Your [COLOR=blue ! important][COLOR=blue ! important]Hosting[/COLOR][/COLOR]
Account is Suspended", but I don't have any suspension messages.

Where can I delete the account and create a new one?
