can't login to cpanel, can't link forum/host IDs

when I login to hosting, I get a message that says to access ad-enhanced hosting I have to link my hosting and forum IDs.

Problem:
- I'm not on ad-enhanced hosting, I'm on ad-free hosting
- but there is no way for me to advance to cpanel without passing the "link your forum/hosting IDs" prompt
- but whenever I enter my forum ID to link it, the response prompt says there is no such ID found.
- however I just logged into the forum and posted this thread under the forum ID that 'doesn't exist'

please help

What is your cPanel username?

it's either jmac or jjmac.

when I first signed up, I used jmac, but I think I had to create 2 user IDs -- one for hosting and one for forum. it wouldn't let me use jmac for the second one because there were not enough characters, so I added another j.

whenever I login, I can't remember which is which, so I try them both and always get in.

so, if my forum ID is jjmac, my cpanel ID must be jmac.

that's precipitous. I had last logged in on Sept. 14. Why deleted on Sept. 25?
