Cant login to Cpanel/FTP

Hi,

I made a account here a while ago (maybe a month), but because i didnt had any use for it yet, i didnt try to upload things yet...

But i tried to use it now, and its not working
I CAN login to the account management thing (Login on homepage)
but i CANT login to the cPanel (It says login incorrect)
and i also CANT login to the FTP (ftp.x10hosting.com)

details:

Username: ronsijm
Domain: ronsijm.x10Hosting.com
Hosting Package: Adfree

Could someone fix it please?

I have reset your password and sent it too you.

even with the new password you PM'ed me, i still get the same error
(Failed login attempt)

on both the FTP and cPanel (http://ronsijm.x10hosting.com:2082/login/)

Are you making sure that the username and passwords are the correct case? They'r eboth case-sensitive. Usernames are all lower-case.
