Can't login to cpanel in Hosting Server stoli

Why not log on to stoli Hosting Server? I need to backup data on my site.

You can back up your data via cPanel or via FTP.

cPanel can be reached at http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 or https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083 (Secure).

Keep in mind, if you use the File Manager to ZIP up the contents of your website, it may trigger a resource usage suspension. Should that happen, use FTP (which is your website address) and download the contents of the public_html folder. If you have any MySQL Databases, use phpMyAdmin to export them, which can be found in cPanel.

Upon visiting your website, I arrived to what was a Default Webpage for cPanel. We can fix this if you so wish so that your site can be viewed again.
