Can't Login to cPanel on Fris

I noticed you added a thread which suggested the "change your password" fix to the problem, but it hasn't changed anything for me (hence my creating this thread).

What info of mine do you need?

That fix has worked for multiple users..

If you can't login to your cPanel on fris, go to http://x10hosting.com/control and change your password.

I've changed my password several times, but to no avail. It doesn't seem to fix the problem. Thanks for the fast response, though.
