Can't login to cPanel on Fris

Hi, I have followed instructions to change my password but still no luck. What should I do? I had access yesterday but wont login today.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

After that try login to cPanel again.

You are on server absolut. I think that is the reason. Absolut is transferring to new server fris
