Can't login to cPanel or Account Management

I am having the same problem as "master t" a couple threads down, but was told on IRC to make a new thread here.

Moved to level two support
User can't login to cPanel and the domain shows domain available page. Account was working a few days ago.

Ok, your domain seems to be working now.
